About Us

Pam Ryerse enjoyed a 20+ year career in the medical laboratory field both in the US Air Force as head of laboratory services, 157th Medical Squadron, NH and in the civilian sector designing and building physician office labs. After struggling with long commutes from her home on the NH seacoast to the Boston area she decided to give up her lab work and start a business at home – a drapery workroom – using her skills at the sewing machine. She had a successful business for over 10 years. When her husband Rick retired from the federal service, they decided to move to the Heartland, with their English Setters, Buddy Strutter and Missy Pants, where life was quieter.

While in the midst of building a new home just north of Fairfield, Iowa, Pam decided to start a new business. She was surprised to learn that breast thermography was unavailable in the state of Iowa so the idea of starting a thermography clinic was born. Radiant Health Imaging was incorporated in Dec of 2005 after she received thermography training at Duke University Medical Center under the auspices of The American College of Clinical Thermography. As a member of that organization she started imaging in January 2006 in her small clinic at 206 E. Burlington St. She is dedicated to educating the women of Iowa about the benefits of breast thermography and has initiated Operation Prairie Heat, traveling across the state of Iowa to accomplish that goal.

Twila Westercamp works at the home office of RHI doing administrative duties and loves her work. Thermography was quite new to her, but she has learned so much about the benefits and would recommend it to anyone, especially to women.

Twila has lived in Van Buren County, Iowa all her life, mostly on her family farm. She and her husband, Marvin, have 5 children, and 15 grandkids! She loves the farm life, and the outdoors. They raised hogs for over 30 years, but now only have 1 horse, ducks, guineas, chickens, geese, cats, dogs, and various other pets around. Her hobbies include fishing and hunting.

She worked on the farm while her kids were at home, then worked as a teacher and later administrator of a Christian school. She love teenagers, and has been a youth leader at her church for over 20 years. Before joining RHI, Twila managed a doctor's office in rural Iowa for a number of years.

Hello, my name is Shelley Gilliland. I cannot remember a time when I wasn't interested in helping others. My 32 year career as a nurse, in such areas as Cardiac, Home Health, Multi-Organ Transplantation and Dialysis, has evolved over the years to a more holistic and preventative approach to health. The exciting concept of "WELL CARE VS. SICK CARE" just made sense to me. This is when I discovered Clinical Thermography.

My husband, Tom, and I live in Council Bluffs and have 4 beautiful grown-up daughters. Well 5, if you count Madison, our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. Like many parents, we want them to live a long and healthy life, which is becoming increasingly harder to do in this challenging toxic environment that we live in.

So I am very excited to be working with Radiant Health Imaging, offering health screening in the Omaha/Lincoln and Western Iowa area. My goal is to empower others to take an active role in their health by focusing on prevention and early detection. I especially want to educate younger women, like my daughters, about getting early breast screening with thermography. Early detection saves lives, right? So come visit with me in the Western Iowa/Omaha area to see how thermography can help in your own wellness program.

As a child, Diane Bulman loved to go to work with her mother at the nursing home. She really enjoyed spending time with the residents and helping out in anyway she could. From then on she knew all she wanted to do was help others. After high school Diane joined the Naval Reserves as a hospital corpsman then the Army Guard as a Combat medic. During those 21 yrs she also worked as a civilian patient care technician at a local hospital in the Coulee region of WI. After starting massage school in 2004 she was deployed to Iraq for 22 months where her passion for helping others became stronger. She retired from the military and focused on completing massage school. During this time she learned of clinical thermography and the value it has for early detection. It was a perfect complement to a massage practice so she joined RHI to manage the Onalaska office and provide massage therapy.

Diane lives in the hamlet of Dorchester, IA with her husband, kids and a menagerie of animals. She loves being outdoors, gardening and taking walks with whatever animal that cares to join in. She looks forward to serving you in Rochester, MN and in Onalaska, WI, and sharing how thermography and massage can fit into your therapeutic and wellness programs.

Roxie Fransway-Greening is a clinical thermographer with great passion for life. With a combination of previous experiences ranging from nursing, alternative health and teaching, working with thermography seems a natural choice. For most of the distant past, Roxie has been an educator with 8 years of teaching experience in the Chippewa Valley where she was born and raised.

Experiencing her first breast thermogram in 2008, she discovered a simple, effective health screening that offered early detection and maintenance of health-very important in her eyes. So, when she found an opportunity to work with RHI providing these services, she jumped on it!

Roxie works out of the Center for Healing Arts in Eau Claire, which also offers chiropractic and Ayurvedic therapies. As a part of this proactive health team, she is eager to serve the Chippewa Valley area.

Now graced with two adult children, she is freed up for various interests: assisting in opening the Forest Ridge Health and Wholeness Center in New Auburn, her cat Xerxes, photography, cooking, quantum physics, dance in many forms and travel, is just a partial list.
